Our Process
Step 1:
Survey & Client Requirements
We arrange a free site survey. During this we talk through your needs and from this we can help advise what will work best specifically for you. We inspect your current bathroom, taking technical details for us to complete a technical drawing of the proposed plan.

Step 2:
Installation
Once you have decided to choose Adapt Contracts we will book you in for an install date convenient for you.
If you are in need of a fast turnaround, just tell us. we make the install process as seamless as possible.

Step 3:
Job Completion & Customer signoff
Once we have completed the job our installers go through a bathroom checklist to ensure the highest quality is met on all aspects of the bathroom. We demonstrate how everything works (all our items have mobility in mind and are very easy to use). We hand over user information booklets and other necessary product certificates.

Step 4:
Curtsey follow up
After we have completed the job we will be in contact to complete a voluntary follow up to check and ensure all your mobility needs have been satisfied. If you need anything more we are only a phone call away.
